Unless regulated by an individual contract, the following general terms and conditions apply:
The prices shown are per person and night including breakfastThe local tax is not included in the price and is charged locally (local tax € 1.80 per night per person from 15 years).
Booking conditions: The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.
Reservations of certain rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed, however we try our best to meet your requests.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply. In case of early departure or no arrival, we will have to charge the price for the entire stay.
No cash redemption for vouchers. Validity of vouchers, unless stated separately: 1 year after date of issue. Only one voucher is redeemable per stay. Several vouchers cannot be combined with each other. This also applies to vouchers from other providers.
Your reservation is valid after you have received the confirmation from us and you have re-confirmed it in writing to us, as well as a deposit if requested by us.
Deposit: 30% of the package price free of charge for the beneficiary per room by bank transfer or credit card (VIsa, MasterCard). Our bank details are: Volksbank Tirol, IBAN: AT39 4239 0030 0001 5617
In case of a free transfer, please state the above mentioned IBAN and SWIFT number. The reservation is only fixed after receipt of the deposit. We will also be happy to accept your credit card details and book the respective amount for you.
We are happy to accept the following payment methods: Cash, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa
The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room no later than 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Depending on availability, a late check-out is also possible
We would be happy to arrange a taxi transfer with an external taxi company for you. Please let us know the following details: Pick-up location, flight number, pick-up time, number of persons. Payment is made directly with the taxi company.
Single use of rooms on request, 50% single room surcharge.
The entire hotel is a non-smoking area!
We are happy to consider allergies or food intolerances. Please let us know your wishes before your arrival.
Dogs can only be accepted by prior arrangement (no access to the wellness area). The dog owner is liable for damages in the hotel (for eventual final cleaning we charge € 50,00). We charge € 25 per day without food.
All prices and information have been carefully checked several times. However, printing errors, errors and changes are reserved. Should the price information in the written booking confirmation deviate from the current price list, in case of doubt the prices and general terms and conditions of the current price list shall always apply.
